At PinkyParadise, we want you to love your new look, so we offer a 14-day return window for unopened and unused beauty products. Please ensure all items remain in their original, sealed packaging to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the unopened items in their original box with all protective padding to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the package and send it to our designated return center using a tracked shipping service.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team verifies the items are in original condition, we will process your refund or store credit within 7 business days.
